About Kathleen

Hi there! My name is Kathy. I've worked with kids for over 5 years as a babysitter, a respite caregiver, and a school aide for kindergarten through 5th grade. I'm experienced with kids who need extra support, including kids with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, and other developmental needs. People often describe me as patient, calm, and reliable. Whether a child is full of energy or slow to warm up, I meet them where they are and go at their pace. Outside of caregiving, I am also working in after school enrichment programs and studying rehabilitative tools to help kids with different needs become more independent. If your child has special needs, please tell me. I'll follow your lead on what works best for them. I'm happy to provide references if asked! First Aid and CPR certified :)
