To keep students motivated, I connect challenging topics to real-world examples and celebrate small successes. Communication is essential for understanding needs and setting clear expectations. Regular updates help parents stay informed and reinforce learning. The most rewarding aspect of tutoring is witnessing a student's "aha!" moment and seeing their confidence grow.
