I have 18 years of experience with applying Montessori method at the best Northshore Montessori schools, public schools along with Christ Episcopal Elementary and their Church Nursery. I have two degrees. I stay up to date on my CPR and Health & Safety certifications. I'm a certified teacher for K-3rd grade. I love learning new things about child development and approach techniques. I take pride in honoring and respecting each family's' way of life. Im a natural at and genuinely love feeling out each baby and child to assist them in developing at their unique individual pace. I have extensive experience with assisting during vacations and business trips to aid in the enjoyment for the little ones and reduce stress for all. Kathleen is wonderful. She is very knowlegeable. Very kind. She is very respectful of parent's request on specific child care details. Our daughter always look so happy at her house. We observe a differece after she comes back from daycare versus after she comes home from Kathleen's. She seems more relaxed and more well rested after coming home from Kathleen's. It is hard for me to find someone I trust but we trust her 100% with the care of our baby. We recommend her 100%. We have asked her to take care of our baby many times. Just wish we lived closer to her.
