I have 15 years of experience with applying Montessori method at the best Northshore Montessori schools, public schools along with Christ Episcopal Elementary and their Church Nursery. I have two degrees. I stay up to date on my CPR and Health & Safety certifications. I'm a certified teacher for K-3rd grade. I love learning new things about child development and approach techniques. I take pride in honoring and respecting each family's' way of life. Im a natural at and genuinely love feeling out each baby and child to assist them in developing at their unique individual pace. I have extensive experience with assisting during vacations and business trips to aid in the enjoyment for the little ones and reduce stress for all. Kathleen was wonderful! I have 3 kids. One with Level 3 Autism and she was very understanding and was really great with him. He has a severe developmental delay with limited speech and she completely understood his needs. She fed him and he is such a picky eater with sensory issues. She was also very flexible with my husband's work schedule. He works on the river and the schedule changed frequently. She was with us for a year and I am so grateful for all of her help. My kids are in school now but they fondly remember her care of them ❤️Thanks so much! We miss you!
