I am a responsible, hardworking, and loving caregiver. I currently have 5 years of child care experience and would love to gain more! I am a college student at Amherst and live in Worcester in the summer and on school vacations, but can still come home on the weekends to provide care during the semester. I am studying communication disorders, so I have an extended knowledge of children with varying disabilities. I also have a double minor in education and psychology, which gives me an excellent background on child development. I am always up for an adventure with the children I care for and love taking trips to the park, local pool, or even the movie theater on a rainy day! I am filled with energy and love to play games and read with children rather than sitting them in front of a screen all day. Kathleen worked for my husband and I for about a year. She was responsible for picking my two kids, ages 5 and 7, from school and in charge of their after-school care. Kathleen was responsible, great with the kids and always willing to help out. She often did secondary duties like cleaning and taking care of our dog, Captain! She was very flexible and did various activities with my kids to keep them entertaining. My sons developed a strong relationship with Kathleen and still talk about her!
