Kathy is truly exceptional, I cannot recommend her highly enough! She cared for my parents with remarkable professionalism, warmth, and integrity. Kathy is dependable, trustworthy, and deeply compassionate. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure my parents were comfortable, safe, and treated with dignity and respect at all times. Whether it was managing daily routines, dressing & helping my Mom put on jewelry, she prepared meals and my Mom would pretend she was her “sous chef” (my Mom loves her kitchen & cooking)! Kathy seamlessly handled transportation, appointments, keeping everything organized and running smoothly. She approached every task with care and confidence. What sets Kathy apart is her genuine kindness and attentiveness. She doesn’t just provide care, she builds meaningful, respectful relationships. My parents looked forward to spending time with her, and that peace of mind is priceless for a family. Her reliability, calm presence & interacting engagement made an enormous difference in their lives. My Dad loved telling her old war stories, she always listened (and asked questions furthering their interactions). They’d often laugh a lot (she has such a great sense of humor)!
