We have a difficult fur baby- he is sweet to our family but is VERY anxious around strangers and can be scary. Kathleen embraced this challenge, when most people would not have even attempted to get to know "Vinny". She went above and beyond to meet and get to know him prior to our leaving on vacation to ensure that he and we were comfortable. She was timely, communicated very well and even shared photos with us which gave us peace of mind. Kathleen gave Vinny the time of his life with long walks, petting sessions, treats and attention during what could have been a very stressful time for him being apart from the family. She was reliable, trustworthy and caring. I highly recommend her!
