About Kathleen

I'd describe my personality as kind, caring and dedicated. I started my journey 12 years ago when my mom was diagnosed with dementia. I like caring for seniors because the need in today's society is often overwhelming for seniors living alone, or who have families who are still working and don't have all the free time to help their parents. I'm looking for a job that allows me to assist clients and their families navigate today's medical scheduling and recoverychallenges to optimize their health. I started caring for seniors when my own mom was diagnosed with dementia in 2013. Since then I've helped a high ranking disabled veteran due to my high level security clearance, and an ongoing list of clients since the COVID pandemic. In my spare time, I like to be outdoors. I'm an avid hiker and enjoy flora and fauna watching. My indoor hobbies include yoga and gourmet cooking. One thing you should know about me is that I am a joyful and positive presence at all times.
