I retired from pediatrics after 36 years and have been a nanny for the last 3 years. Although I have a wonderful family, I have relocated to Scott Air Force Base to be close to my grandchildren. I have two wonderful daughters who are 31 and 28 years of age. I am seeking a part time (20 hours) nanny position, with hours ending about 3, as I pick up my grandchildren from school. I am CPR certified and after raising 2 children plus being in pediatrics for 36 years, there is not much I haven't experienced. We love Kathy, and more importantly, our son LOVES Kathy. He would light up every day when she came to work. Kathy was very attentive to our son and did what we asked, specifically, no screen time and cloth diapers. She kept him (6 months old) entertained all day without a TV. She has a lot of great experience and is very creative. We would have loved to take her with us when we moved, but of course that wasn't possible. We will use her again when we come back to the area for business or on vacation if she is available. Kathy is beyond fantastic!
