About Kathia

Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. For the past seven years, I've been a Certified Nursing Assistant, passionately supporting adults and seniors. My experiences have instilled in me a deep desire to positively impact their lives, which is why I provide respite care, transportation, errands, shopping, and meal preparation. I communicate with families using their preferred method, offering verbal updates during visits. I adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented. Respecting a care recipient's independence is important to me. I have a high school degree and speak both English and Spanish.
