I hired Katherine 2 months ago for a recurring cleaning service. She is a very responsible and reliable person. She cleans very well and always follow the given instructions. At the same time, she is also proactive and go the extra mile when cleaning your house. I highly recommend her. 

While her cleaning is good, she is super unreliable. Both times she canceled last minute (day of) even though we confirmed the night before. She also then changed the times when rescheduled and said she was no longer available at the times I hired her for at interview. Her reason for changing the times was that her “real job” pushed the time back last minute and she could not say no to them. She made it very clear that my one day job meant nothing to her.

Katherin is amazing and I highly recommend working with her. She is professional, communicates well, and is awesome at keeping our house clean and in order! 

Katherin is AMAZING!! She does a fantastic job cleaning and is super friendly. I have two small kids so she has her work cut out for her. If I ever need anything specific cleaned, she is always willing to do it without hesitation. I have recommended Katherin to many of my friends and they have been super satisfied as well. 

Katherin's great! My wife and I were looking for some extra help with house cleaning, and she responded fast and professionally.  She's cleaned the house three times now (Feb. 2023), and we plan to continue having her stop by weekly.  Each time she's done a good job.
        
As far as particulars go (and my wife and I are super picky!) she's done great.  We've been keeping a relatively short list of stuff that we think of throughout the week (just to avoid texting throughout the week, don't want to bug anybody).  Then, on the same day each week, Katherin stops by, does the usual top-to-bottom house cleaning, and checks the list too for anything out-of-the-ordinary.  Otherwise, it's basically like living in a hotel - everything gets a wipe down, floors get vacuumed/mopped, etc.  The night before she arrives, we probably spend 20-30 minutes straightening up, and then another 10-15 minutes the evening after she visits.  It's a nice routine, and the house always looks so fresh!

Katherin is very detailed and thorough. I am quite particular when it comes to cleaning and she met or exceeded my expectations in each room.  Definitely the best cleaner we've ever hired and we plan to have her clean our home regularly now. She is also very polite and responsive.

Katherin has cleaned for me twice now, and I have hired her to return every Tuesday. She is very punctual, responsible, and is impressively organized. She seems to just know what needs to be done, and she does it! She's friendly and communicates well. I have never experienced the "no call no show" scenario with her, that seems to be a problem with other applicants on here. Katherin stays in communication and shows up when she says she's going to. I get a good feeling about her. She's only been here three times (once for the interview and twice for work) but she seems very trustworthy. I look forward to continuing to work with her and would gladly recommend her to anyone!

Katherin cleaned everything thoroughly, even things I forgot to request when we walked through the apartment together. I've only hired one other housekeeper before, so I'm still learning what I want done and what is reasonable to request. Katherin's experience and professionalism makes it so much easier!
