About Katherine

I am a CPR and pediatric first aid certified babysitter based in the Bethesda area. I teach first grade full-time during the school year and I have worked at day care centers during the summers for 5 years. Within my daycare experience, I worked with children ages 1 1/2 years through 6 years old. I supervised the children's indoor and outdoor play, supported them on field trips, managed behavior, put together and distributed three meals a day, helped with nap time, supported potty training, applied sunscreen, and led reading, crafting and science activities. I am a very energetic childcare professional and I am passionate about helping children learn and explore through play.
