About Katherine

Learning comes naturally to some, but can be a challenge for others. I'm here to help! With a graduate degree and three years of experience, I focus on building confidence and fostering a love for learning. I actively listen and observe to understand individual needs, adapting my teaching with visual aids, discussions, and hands-on activities. By connecting challenging topics to real-world examples and celebrating small successes, I keep students motivated. Communication is key, so I provide regular updates to parents. The most rewarding part of being a tutor is witnessing that "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks. I am CPR trained and provide First Aid. I would love to help your student succeed!
