About Katherine

I'm a Shreveport native, and have part time sitting experience spanning 20 years. In my previous nanny jobs, I worked with four children ages 3 to 8 years old for four years, and two children aged 3 and 6 for roughly four months. I picked up children from aftercare during the school year, and transported them to after school activities. I also assisted in reviewing homework and helped with light housework, was regularly responsible for at least one meal a day, and occasionally helped with date nights. When the kids expressed interest, I taught some piano fundamentals. I enjoy prioritizing reading aloud with kids, doing age appropriate crafting activities and watercolors, drawing, going on walks, making and listening to music, baking, and general outside play among other activities.
