About Katherine

Hello, my name is Katherine! I genuinely enjoy spending time with children and getting to know their unique personalities. I have been caring for children since I was 17, and having many nieces and nephews has given me experience with children of different ages. I believe children deserve to feel safe, loved, respected, and heard. I strive to create a calm and nurturing environment where children can be themselves while learning, playing, and having fun. As a Christian, my faith has taught me the importance of kindness, patience, honesty, and compassion, which I strive to bring into my childcare. I am CPR certified and trained in first aid, and I take safety and communication with parents seriously. I am also studying Elementary Education and am happy to help with homework, reading, and age-appropriate activities. My goal is to be someone both children and parents can trust and feel comfortable with. I would love the opportunity to be a caring part of your family's childcare routine!
