Hello everyone! My name is Kat and I graduated with a psychology degree from Norwich University. I got a minor in neuroscience and English as well. I have taken a lot of psychology classes focusing on child/adolescent development. I aspire to become a clinical mental health counselor and am currently pursuing that masters degree. I love doing arts and crafts, being outside and I really enjoy baking! I have been a babysitter/nanny since I was 15 years old and it is something I really, really enjoy. I have my first aid, CPR and AED certification, I have been trained in shaken baby syndrome, I have a safe sleep certification, and I have also been trained in the past as a licensed nursing assistant. I am always a touch early and I have experience with various ages of kids and babies. I am very comfortable to take children out and about to go for walks, hiking, or even grocery shopping if that is needed. I am very flexible with hours and I will do my best to meet your needs!

Kat has been a wonderful presence in our home for the fast several months, during which time she has provided after school care to our daughters, age 4 and 8. She is always reliable, patient, and kind and our kiddos look forward to seeing her. Kat has done evening babysitting as well and even managed to help both kids to sleep, which no babysitter has accomplished before! We wholeheartedly recommend her for any short or long term child care or nannying needs.
