Hi, my name is Katie, and I am an energetic and creative 26-year-old! I have been working in childcare for a combined 3+ years. I have worked with kids aged 2-18 in a variety of settings. Most recently, I am coming out of working for a year and a half at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago, where I developed arts and theatre programs and facilitated informal educational experiences for youth. I am looking for either part time or full tome work right now, with my rates starting at $23/hr. I have my own car, and willing to become CPR certified, and have taken trainings in child development and best practices. My focus is on giving your child a safe, routine-focused, creative space to learn and grow. I love doing crafts, playing pretend, encouraging independent time, and taking children on outing when able and appropriate.
