Kate's been such a wonderful addition to our baby girl's life. She's been with us helping out since our daughter was 4 months and is continuing strong at 20 months. She's an expert with meal times, constipated tummies, and naps. I love how she watches to see what our daughter is interested in and facilities those interests. Whomever she works for next will be one lucky family!
