Hello there! My name is Katie and I am currently looking for one time or occasional babysitting jobs. My style of childcare is nature based and Montessori inspired. I believe children should be respected and cared for in a gentle and nurturing manner. I'm always looking for new ways for us to have fun. A little about me, I started working with kids Fall of 2018 at Primrose School of Brentwood (Brentwood, TN) as a floater between classrooms for all ages. I started working as a teacher at Green Hills Child Development (Nashville, TN) in January 2019. Here I and another teacher had a class of 14 toddlers ages 26-36 months. I was at GHCD until March 2020. I have worked for nine families since May 2020. The children I've cared for range in age from 4 months to 8 years. Most have been infants and toddlers. All these positions have been contracted short term. I am currently working as a substitute teacher for grades K-12 and have been doing so since March 2024.
