About Katherine

I am an end of life doula and experienced caregiver. I have a calming, nurturing spirit and I really, truly value human connection and compassion. I can help with staying active by doing various yoga and stretching exercises(seated and standing), I can help with staying mentally stimulated and engaged by doing craft projects and by having conversations and reminiscing. I believe in lifelong learning and can help maintain interest and enthusiasm with many different things. I love doing personal care such as hair and nails because self-care and personal touch can be very beneficial and important. I engage in uplifting and widely positive activities and always try to listen to my specific needs and desires, in addition to other's. I believe in integrity, compassion, fulfillment, and love and know that those things don't have an end. As an experienced certified end of life doula I can also assist extensively with end of life care. If interested I'd be happy to further explain my offerings.
