About Katherine

I'm an optimistic, independent, and witty individual, and I love bringing these qualities into my work with children. With experience as a childcare attendant, preschool teacher, nanny, elementary substitute teacher and first-grade student teacher, I've had the privilege of working with kids of all ages and watching them grow and thrive. I will receive my Master's in Elementary Education from Penn this May and I'm seeking babysitting and nannying opportunities for the summer. I believe in fostering curiosity and encouraging children to explore and understand the world around them. As a patient and active listener, I prioritize building meaningful relationships with the children in my care and communicating in a loving, effective way. My goal is to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel supported and empowered. I look forward to hearing from you!
