About Katherine

Hi everyone! My name is Katie and I'm a rising sophomore looking to connect with families in need of day time and after school childcare services starting as soon as August 17th. I have around a year of experience teaching swim lessons to toddlers and also have light experience babysitting and working with children with special needs. Currently, I work as a lifeguard so I am Red Cross CPR and First Aid certified. I also have my own car so I am willing to drive some distance or take your kids to activities/sports/pick them up from school if needed! Because I am a student, my availability varies day by day. In my spare time, I like to read, exercise, and hang out with my friends. One thing you should know about me is I am still new to babysitting/nanny because my experience comes in other forms! My skills include child development knowledge learned in high school, organizational skills, and first aid/CPR.
