About Katherine

From building forts to reading bedtime stories, I've spent the last two years happily engaged in childcare. My motivation stems from positive experiences in previous babysitting roles, as well as supporting families by being a reliable option. I watched my own mom struggle to find affordable childcare for my siblings and when I was younger and that really drives me to want to help. I would consider myself patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, whether it's verbal updates at pickup or regular texts. Enforcing household rules is something I am very comfortable with and do not mind doing if parents ask. I have some college experience from WKU and hold current CPR Training. I am comfortable caring for one or two children, and I'm willing to help with carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision.
