About Katherine

Hi! My name is Kat, and I am a 27-year-old educator who has recently moved back to my lovely hometown after two years working as a teaching assistant in Madrid, Spain. I graduated from UC Berkeley in 2020 and have held various jobs since, but childcare and education has always been an important part of my life, since I started nannying at 16. In my free time, I love to make art, practice yoga, read, and spend time with friends and family. I have 9 years of experience working with children ages 2-18 and have demonstrated in my previous experiences as a nanny, tutor and now teacher, that I'm as organized, reliable, and passionate as they come. I am looking forward to creating a safe and fun environment for your children that supports their wellbeing through connection, creativity, and games.
