About Katherine

Hi! My name is Kate and I'm a compassionate and energetic caregiver with 2 years of CNA experience in a nursing home, where I developed strong skills in empathy, time management, and handling tough situations with care. This past winter, I shadowed in pediatrics at Helen DeVos Children's Hospital and fell in love with caring for kids, inspiring me to focus on childcare. I've volunteered at Kindercare daycare with children ages 1 to 5 and enjoyed being a supportive, playful presence. I've also coached multiple volleyball camps and led a U15 team at Michigan Sports Academy, where I built trust, gave feedback, and communicated with parents. I'm excited to bring my medical background, leadership experience, and empathy to your family!
