About Katherine

Hi! I am 21 years old and I just graduated from the University of Tennessee and am working in Nantucket this summer that provides housing! I'll be here until the end of September and I am looking for some babysitting gigs! I also have my drivers license but don't have my car with me. I'd describe my personality as focused, positive, and patient. I like working with kids because it can be rewarding and challenging. I can help children grow and learn! I started working with kids when I was a peer mentor in high school and helped kids go through their schoolwork. I also babysat my cousins three kids who are all under 10 as well as a family in my neighborhood with three kids a little older. In my spare time, I like to spend quality time with my family and friends. I am like to workout, go on drives, go to new coffee shops, and listen to music! One thing you should know about me is I love to help people, I am very empathetic, and always look for the positive in situations.
