About Katherine

Hi! My name is Katherine, I am a senior at Elon University studying Finance and originally from Boston, Massachusetts. I absolutely love working with kids and have many years of experience babysitting, as well as experience working as a camp counselor. For the past six years, I have nannied for a family with three children and have been lucky enough to watch them grow up and be there for so many of their milestones. Being able to build that kind of relationship with a family over time is incredibly rewarding, and I would love to find a family near Elon where I can have that same experience while I'm at school. I'm very active and outdoorsy and love keeping kids engaged. In my spare time my favorite activity is hiking (I submitted Bear Peak in Colorado this summer!) I enjoy arts and crafts, painting, outdoor activities, and sports, and I grew up playing lacrosse, field hockey, and soccer. I'm responsible, dependable, caring, and have reliable transportation.
