Now I am seeking a different role for a better work- life balance. As a Registered Nurse with 24 years experience, I offer respite care, transportation, errands, personal care, dementia care, and medical management. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I handle confusion, agitation, and behavioral changes, and adapt to changing routines. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history. I also follow each family's preferred communication method. My approach is patient, calm, friendly, and empathetic. With my car and comfort around pets, I'm ready to help your family thrive.
