About Katherine

I'd describe my personality as conscientious, reliable, critical-thinking. I like caring for seniors because they paved the way for opportunities that all who came after benefitted from and for the wisdom they possess. I'm looking for a meaningful job with opportunities to learn. I started caring for seniors when I was 17 years old for 4. 5 years until life changed directions. Life brought me back to senior care one year ago. Hobbies include reading, learning, cooking, outside spying on birds, hiking, traveling, and humor. One thing you should know about me is I've found ways to relate to and communicate well with different personalities. My skills include anticipation of needs in activities of daily living, engagement with client to maintain levels of physical activity/cognitive function, and a respectful bedside manner.
