I cannot express enough gratitude for Katherine, my personal care assistant. She went above and beyond in every aspect of her duties. Katherine picked me up very early from my hotel and drove me to the hospital, ensuring I arrived on time for my surgery. She patiently waited several hours for my procedure to be completed and then safely transported me back to my hotel. Her dedication didn't stop there. Katherine meticulously monitored my vitals, making sure I was comfortable and safe throughout my recovery. She took the time to explain my post-op care instructions clearly and created a detailed medication schedule and plan. Her assistance with wound care and bandaging was exceptional, and she was incredibly helpful and supportive.
