About Katherine

For over two decades, I've dedicated myself to nurturing children's potential not only as a mother of now adult children but in both paid and volunteer positions with children from infancy through high school. My wheelhouse lies in positively impacting their lives in age appropriate ways while providing parents with dependable and flexible care. I am patient, creative, and approachable. I enjoy almost all activities - both outdoor and indoor. When age appropriate I also enjoy teaching kids to prepare their own creative meals and snacks. I always follow parental lead when enforcing household rules but am generally pretty laid back preferring to find ways to engage cooperation without strictness. I am college educated and am comfortable caring for multiple children, ages newborn through high school. It's incredibly rewarding to watch children grow, learn and explore. I'm truly excited about the possibility of sharing my experience with your family.
