About Katherine

My passion is working with children and their education. I have been surrounded by and taught the importance of education my entire life, from religious-based schools, college prep boarding school and to higher education institutions. Through my personal experience, I understand the benefit of one-on-one tutoring, which greatly aided my educational experience. Now, I would like to provide that insight and support to children. I have had experience as a volunteer tutor at Boys' and Girls' Clubs, an ESL Charter School in DC as well as several years as a nanny (including homework help) in Bethesda. I attended American University and am applying for a Master's degree in school counseling. I currently work at a private school in Bethesda. Thank you for your time and consideration.
