About Katherine

I provide one on one support for children with ADHD and executive functioning challenges who need help building the skills that make everyday life easier. My focus is not traditional academic tutoring. Instead, I help children develop organization, planning, time management, emotional regulation, flexible thinking, problem solving, transitions, and independent routines. I use a neurodiversity affirming, strengths based approach that is individualized to each child. Sessions are hands on and engaging and may include homework support, creating routines, practicing coping strategies, managing big emotions, improving task completion, and building confidence. My goal is to give children practical tools they can use at home, at school, and in the community while helping parents better understand and support their child's unique brain.
