Unfortunately, we had to delay our nanny search unexpectedly. However, I wanted to write a note about Katherine. We were ready to hire her, I even completed a full background check outside of care.com - Motor vehicle, criminal, and civil both county and national that came back 100% clear, I shared a copy with her for her search. We communicated for a little while over text and I liked her immediately. When we finally met in person, she was 20 minutes early, prepared, and great to talk to. I was ready to hire her until the house we were supposed to move into in a few weeks came up with some water table ad drainage issues on the side we are building the new bedrooms. Set us back at least two months. Any family would be lucky to have her, I can see she would work really hard, be loyal, and is very willing to dig in and help where help is needed. I wish her the best of luck, she will be a great asset to the right family!
