Katherine is an angel - a ray of sunshine in our day. She is patient, warm, caring, intelligent and interesting to talk with. She is flexible and willing to do whatever we ask. She takes direction well, and is also able to work independently under a general task "umbrella". She is honest, punctual, professional and responsible and always informs us of any unexpected changes to her schedule (e.g., I think once she had to cancel because of concern that she may have been exposed to Covid).
