I am currently a working professional looking to add hours to my current 8-5. I have 12 years of experience providing supports and services to individuals with developmental disabilities both in home and in the community, from a direct support staff to a director of operations, as well as from a case management perspective. Prior to moving to CA I resided in NY where I gained 10 of my 12 years of experience. My strengths include promoting independence both at home and in the community. As well as helping individuals find their voice and advocating for themselves. I am very comfortable with animals, a client I previously supported lived on beautiful property with a farm! Together we cared for their horse, sheep, goats, donkey, and the beloved farm dog and cats! In my spare time I love to travel. I have had the opportunity to travel to 29/50 states as well as to Canada and Mexico. I'm looking to try an international trip in the future!
