About Katherine

I have been in childcare since I was 12 years old. I have worked as a nanny in Manhattan, have experience as a live in nanny, and worked full time as a live out nanny for seven children. I am very organized in my care, which revolves around what I have learned over the past 10 years. Parents have called me for parenting advice in the past and that makes me confident in my care. I like to have fun, and I am a child at heart and always will be. My compassion, energy, and consistent high spirits give me the ability to keep up with children and their growing minds. I have traveled numerous times, including a trip to Haiti this past March, to care and play with the children and families involved in the Earthquake. I have my bachelors degree in nursing with an active license and I am infant, child, and adult CPR certified.
