I would describe my personality as compassionate, thoughtful, and generous. I like caring for seniors because I am passionate about creating a nurturing, home-like environment where they feel valued, respected, and supported. I'm seeking a job that provides a strong sense of purpose, allowing me to make a meaningful impact with someone that values and appreciates my contributions. I began caring for seniors when I started helping my elderly grandparents at 10 with their daily activities, meals, medications, and companionship. Additionally, I cared for my mother for 15 years as she navigated dementia and Alzheimer's. In my free time, I enjoy reading books and watching movies. My passion, core values, and preferred communication style. I believe in open, honest dialogue, mutual respect, and creating a supportive environment where everyone feels heard and valued.
