About Katherine

I'd describe my personality as energetic, silly, passionate Working with kids is a privilege. Not only are they the funniest little beings, but the joy in watching these little sponges learn new things right before our eyes is humbling. I value a solid relationship, communication and mutual respect are two of the most important qualities I seek. I started babysitting at the age of 12, but coming from a family of 10, I started caring for my siblings even younger. Child care has always been close to my heart and I thrive in it. Since starting as a preschool teacher a few years ago, I have acquired my associates in Early childhood education and am currently working towards my bachelors, with hopes of eventually going on to earn my masters. I am a mamma to a (homeschooled) 8yr princess, we stay busy. We both like jiujitsu, hiking, swimming, books, anime and all pets. I am CPR certified, have experience creating delicious & nutritious meals & can adapt to kid needs.
