I'm an experienced caregiver with real-world childcare experience shaped by family (three daughters, Grandma to two energetic boys) responsibility, and sound judgment, not theory. I've extensive hands-on experience; paid care, overnights, multi-child households. Professionally, I'm fm a senior mgmt, real estate, & consulting background. I am open to a nanny position for the right family fit. I'm a natural night owl, so overnight care fits me well, too. In addition to extended-stay, travel, and group childcare, I offer a rare add-on: targeted home organization, (playroom, pantry, office, post-move space), compensated separately. I'm not the cheapest option. That's intentional. Families choose me for peace of mind, discretion, & knowing their children and home, are in loving, capable hands.
