About Katherine

Hello! I have over 6 years of childcare experience. I have my Child Development Associate certification in Infant and Toddler Education. I love working with children and have a huge passion for helping them grow and thrive. I enjoy creating art activities, sensory play, as well as learning through social interaction. I am very patient even with challenging behaviors, as I strive to learn how to individualize care for each child's needs. I am comfortable with household chores, such as light cleaning and organization, laundry and meal preparation. I am very communicative with my families to ensure they are comfortable, as I do my best to keep families informed of their child's day. I treat every child like they are my own, giving the love, reassurance, and support. When it comes to myself, I love reading and doing puzzles in my free time. I recently gave birth in July to my daughter who is the light of my world! I can't wait to meet your family!
