About Katherine

I'd describe my personality as energetic, easy-going, and compassionate. I like working with kids because of their energy and goodness. I love helping children realize their potential and gain confidence as they grow. I'm looking for a summer nanny position with a great family. I would love to make this summer fun for your kids! I first started babysitting when I was about 13 years old. I have held various babysitting and nannying positions since then. About three years ago I worked with children with autism doing behavioral therapy. For the past two years I have worked with children and young adults with disabilities participate in outdoor recreation! In my spare time, I like to go to the beach, paint, hike, or bike! I also love spending time with friends and family. I have a bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I am currently pursuing a master's degree in occupational therapy! My skills include patience, safety awareness, and an energetic personality.
