About Katherine

I retired from my career last year and began working part time as an aftercare counselor at our local elementary school as a way to stay busy and involved in my community. I really enjoy working with the children, helping them become independent and learn through encouragement and imaginative play. I am certified in First Aid and CPR. I enjoy playing sports, board games, and educational games. I'm also happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. My husband and I will begin traveling on occasion so I cannot commit to a long term, regular schedule however if you need a sitter when there's no school, your little one is home sick or just need a day to get some things done, I'm happy to help.
