About Katherine

Katherine has a friendly and energetic way of connecting that was stimulating for our aunt and uncle who both suffer from dementia. She developed a trusting and supportive relationship with them. She communicated positively and let us know about problems promptly. Katherine was very helpful with keeping up with their prescription medications, and she provided transportation to their doctors appointments. She collaborated with neighbors and other people who supported our aunt and uncle. She also accommodated the schedule of a second caregiver that we hired when additional care was needed. She brought baked goods and fruit that delighted our aunt’s pallet. She was also thoughtful about suggesting approaches for solving issues and she is continuing to help with the transition to memory care in a residential facility.
