Miss Jay cared for our daughter for just under two years, starting when she was 10 months old. We are only parting ways with her as a full-time nanny because our daughter is beginning preschool at 2.5 years old. Jay has been wonderful through every stage of our daughter's early development, adapting her approach from infancy to toddlerhood with ease and care. She consistently engages our daughter with fun, creative, and artistic activities, often structuring the day like a preschool with circle time and learning exercises. She also takes her on walks to the park, library visits, and playdates. Our daughter absolutely adores Miss Jay and looks forward to spending time with her. Miss Jay communicates well with us as parents and has been receptive and flexible when we've asked her to implement new routines or adapt to changes. We've been incredibly pleased with her as a nanny and are confident that she has played a meaningful role in our daughter's growth and development.
