Exceptional, Trustworthy, and a True Lifesaver! I cannot recommend highly enough. If you are looking for someone who genuinely cares for children, is incredibly intuitive, and goes above and beyond for families, look no further. Our history goes back years, and she has been an absolute blessing in our lives. We first met her when my youngest was just 3 months old at a YMCA child watch. As an exhausted new mom of 2, I was desperate for just a few minutes to breathe and clear my head. While other staff members were hesitant, Miss Jay recognized my need, stepped in with immense compassion, and assured me she had it handled. Thanks to her, I was able to get a much-needed 15-minute workout. When I came back, my baby was completely calm and content—unlike the other crying infants. I never forgot her kindness during that stressful season of early motherhood. Though we unfortunately lost touch when Covid hit, fate brought us back together years later. When I enrolled my daughter into a local daycare, I was thrilled to find out that not only was she working there, but she was actually designated as my daughter's classroom teacher! Seeing her familiar, trustworthy face gave me instant peace of mind. Since reconnecting, we have kept her close.
