Hello everyone, my name is Katherine or better known as Miss Jay! Been in childcare for a decade. I am an advocate of learning through play. Ms. Jay was so warm and caring to my little one. She was very invested in his development and always looking for new ways to help him reach and achieve milestones. She was patient and understanding and I would recommend her over and over again. 

Miss Jay cared for our daughter for just under two years, starting when she was 10 months old. We are only parting ways with her as a full-time nanny because our daughter is beginning preschool at 2.5 years old.

Jay has been wonderful through every stage of our daughter's early development, adapting her approach from infancy to toddlerhood with ease and care. She consistently engages our daughter with fun, creative, and artistic activities, often structuring the day like a preschool with circle time and learning exercises. She also takes her on walks to the park, library visits, and playdates.

Our daughter absolutely adores Miss Jay and looks forward to spending time with her. Miss Jay communicates well with us as parents and has been receptive and flexible when we've asked her to implement new routines or adapt to changes.

We've been incredibly pleased with her as a nanny and are confident that she has played a meaningful role in our daughter's growth and development.

Katherine is very creative and patient.   I always felt as though her and my daughter had a friendship but at the same time my daughter knew to listen to her from a coaching standpoint.  During tantrums my daughter learned to breathe thru being upset and anxious thru Katherine.   My daughter's face lights up when she sees her which after a while made me so comfortable with the notion of my daughter being cared for by someone other than her Mom or myself.  Katherine has taught her so much that I can't keep up with her.  It's like every week a new level of budding intelligence is revealed.  My daughter will be beginning school soon.   Her Mom and I felt that it was time to further develop her social skills and the best way to do so would be thru having her interact with other children.  Aside from that we've already advised Katherine that we'd be looking to utilize her services in the event we have child care needs outside of school/daycare hours.

Jay was a back up nanny for my 4 year old daughter while my nanny was on holiday. Jay loves crafts and teaching. She connected with my daughter, making science fun and messy!  Jay kept my daughter on her routine, helped tidy my home, made lunches and all around helped my household. We would welcome Jay back anytime, my daughter adored her. 

Katherine (Miss Jay) was hired to care for my younger sister. We needed someone who could take care and tutoring. Miss Jay would come in on weekends, feed her, dress her, and she would tutor her in homework and/or any subjects my sister struggled in. What made Jay different from others is the energy that she brings. She would also explain things in ways i couldn't. In conclusion, we loved her teaching skills and she really fit well with my sister.

Katherine (who prefers to be called Jay) was a punctual and responsible caregiver for our children. She managed their mealtimes, diaper changes / toilet needs, and their nap schedule. She is very creative and loving to the kids (age 2 and 4.) We asked her to maintain a school-like structure while the girls were kept home due to the pandemic. Jay developed a theme for each week, with related activities which reinforced a pre-K curriculum. We were eager to get our children back into a formal school setting once they were vaccinated, but feel grateful that Jay supported them through the final months of their home-based education.

I needed a nanny because my nanny wasn't available for a date night with my husband. I specifically loved her art projects. She involved our religion in projects and taught my son about Holi. Something about her energy made me feel safe. Thank you!!

I had interviewed this nanny and I loved everything I heard. The way she get excitement she gets when she talks about kids and her knowledge on kid's development makes me feel so comfortable leaving my little ones home with her. Sadly another family got to her before I did ! Best wishes, and please keep us in mind for some date night!!

Wow I don't know where to start. Very punctual, helpful around the house, knows how to care of pets. She really became a part of our family. She watched over my 3 year old and I loved her circle time song!

We love you Miss Jay ! Very trained and very helpful around the house. She took care of my twin girls 8 months. Very helpful with their development, and she made sure that my little girls hit the milestones they were suppose to !
