Katharine was able to care for my two kids (5 & 8) in our hotel room while we were visiting friends. She was so kind when we met her and I instantly felt comfortable, as did my children. She put me at ease and made sure that any questions she had, she texted me about. My kids had a great time and I appreciate her so much! Wonderful experience 10/10!
