About Katharina

Hi, there! I am a 21-year-old college student looking for a part-time/temporary gig, date night sitter, or as-needed positon. I am an incoming junior at Cal State Fullerton as a Child and Adolescent Studies major. I have over 30 units of child development coursework under my belt, as well as 3 certificates of achievement (Child Development Core, Assistant Teacher, and Elementary Education Specialization) from Orange Coast College. I have been babysitting on and off for about 3 years while working other part-time jobs. My most recent job was at a pottery painting studio called Color Me Mine, where I was a children's birthday party host and elementary after-school painting instructor. There, I was able to use my knowledge of how children develop across all domains and age groups to create meaningful relationships with younger guests and families. I love engaging in play, crafts, games, teaching, and spending time outdoors. I look forward to getting to know you and your family!
