Hi there! My name is Kat . I graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine and am a certified Athletic Trainer. After graduation, I moved to Northern Arizona, where I worked with NAU's football, swim and dive, and track and field teams while completing my master's degree in Organizational Leadership. I recently relocated to the East Coast and now work as an athletic trainer at Hampton University with the men's lacrosse team. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and have extensive experience managing both emergent and non-emergent situations. Outside of my professional work, I've spent several years caring for children as a camp counselor, youth swim and gymnastics instructor, and nanny.
