About Kat

Hi! My name is Kat, and I have both professional and hands-on experience caring for animals of all kinds. I worked at a veterinary clinic for 2 years, where I gained experience with animal handling, medications, basic care, and recognizing signs of illness or stress. I also spent 3 years volunteering and working with rescued marine animals at the Pacific Marine Mammal Center, which taught me patience, compassion, and responsibility when caring for animals with unique needs. I currently study veterinary medicine in college and hope to continue building a career working with animals. In addition to my professional experience, I have many pets of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy, attentive, and loving to care for your pets like family. I love making pet care fun and enriching whether that means long walks, playtime, enrichment activities, cuddles, or simply giving your pets calm and reliable companionship while you're away.
