About Kate

Hi, I'm Kate. I have over eight years experience as a caregiver. I've helped care for clients with Alzheimer's, Aphasia, and Parkinson's. I am friendly, dependable, responsible, creative, and very thoughtful. I am also outgoing and have a great sense of humor. I enjoy spending time outdoors... going on walks, picnicking, spending time at the beach, and camping. I also enjoy working on home-improvement projects, traveling, and watching classic films. I am especially interested in working with clients who are seeking a more healthy and active lifestyle. This would include engaging in activities such as spending time outdoors (walking, pickleball, badminton, swimming, gardening), art, crafts, games, mindfulness meditation, cooking nutritious and delicious meals together, or going out to favorite spots. Basically, enjoying life to the fullest!
