About Kate

Hi! My name is Kate, and I am a grad student at Emory University. Nurturing young minds is my passion, ignited by years of joyful babysitting experiences and a deep desire to positively impact children's lives. With seven years of experience caring for children, I offer a patient, creative, and friendly approach to childcare. I am currently a grad student at Emory. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that make learning fun, and I especially love arts and crafts. I am comfortable caring for up to three children at one time. I follow the parents' lead on household rules and preferred communication methods. I am fluent in English and Spanish. I am also certified in First Aid Training and CPR Training. I am happy to help with carpooling and light housekeeping. Ultimately, my goal is to provide a safe, stimulating, and loving environment where your child can thrive, and I look forward to the possibility of becoming a part of your family's journey.
